Match the mattress to the base. Rigid innersprings don’t bend well. Every Seniors Plus mattress is built to flex with our bases.
Share a bed? Choose a dual size. Two bases side by side let each of you choose your own position.
Think about getting up, not just lying down. If standing up is hard, a vertical lift like the Neo Plus’s makes a real difference.
Check health claims against the ARTG. A bed sold for therapy should be listed with the TGA. Ours are.
Compare warranties on the base. Motors do the work. Our bases carry a 10-year limited warranty.
Ask what delivery includes. Set-up, a demonstration and old-mattress removal should be part of the price.
Ask about after-sales care. If something isn’t right, our CARE team troubleshoots and can send a technician to your home.

Bases carry a 10-year limited warranty and mattresses a 5-year warranty. If something isn’t working as expected, our CARE team will troubleshoot and, if necessary, send a technician to your home. All refunds, repairs and replacements follow the Australian Consumer Law. Read our warranty policy.
