What is 60 night mattress comfort guarantee?
Our Mattress Comfort Guarantee provides customers with peace of mind when purchasing a new mattress. If within 60 nights you’re not happy with your new mattress, our friendly CARE consultants will be happy to discuss an alternative mattress solution.
Terms and Conditions
If you choose to exchange your mattress under our 60 Night Comfort Guarantee, an Exchange Processing Contribution of $300 per mattress applies.
For example, a Dual King (2 Adult Single mattresses) would incur a $600 contribution.
This contribution covers the additional delivery, pickup, and handling required to complete your exchange.
Conditions of Exchange:
The guarantee is limited to one exchange per purchase.
The mattress must be slept on for a minimum of 14 nights (to allow your body to adjust) and a maximum of 60 nights from the delivery date.
Mattresses that are damaged, soiled, or unhygienic are not eligible for exchange. To protect your mattress, we strongly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector at all times.
If the replacement mattress is of lesser value than the original purchase, no refund will be given.
Seniors Plus reserves the right of final discretion in the application of these terms and conditions.
