Yes, our sleep systems are suitable for most people with chronic health conditions. (We started Seniors Plus to make good sleep accessible to more Aussies.)
Our adjustable bed bases, for example, are ideal for people with joint conditions, mobility problems, and back pain. If you have trouble standing up or sitting down, sleep systems like the HiLo Euro and HiLo Neo even include a vertical lift function that make it easy to get in and out of bed.
Every Seniors Plus sleep system also includes vibration therapy (proven to improve everything from back pain to circulation). It’s why the TGA classifies them as Class I medical devices – and why they’re registered under the NDIS as personal mobility equipment.
You can try our mattresses and adjustable bases by booking an appointment at one of our warehouses or by visiting our Gold Coast showroom.
We also offer a 60-night comfort guarantee on all mattresses. That means, if your new mattress isn’t quite right for your body, you can swap it for a different one (subject to terms and conditions).
Yes, financing is available for all Seniors Plus beds. We currently support repayment plans through humm and Payright. (View all options here.)
If you have an NDIS plan, an enhanced adjustable bed may be classed as assistive technology. Talk to your occupational therapist about whether a Seniors Plus bed is the right fit for you.
Once you’ve organised payment for your new bed, we’ll organise a date to deliver it to your home. Our delivery team will set it up, show you how everything works, and – if you want – remove your old mattress free of charge. The only thing you need to do: lie back and get comfortable.

You can also visit our Gold Coast showroom, book an appointment at one of warehouses around Australia, or ask our sleep advisers for advice. Keep in mind that, under our 60-night mattress guarantee, you can swap out a mattress if it doesn’t feel right for you.
It depends why you don’t like it. If your mattress isn’t comfortable, you can swap it for a different one under our 60-night comfort guarantee.
If something isn’t working the way you expected it to, get in touch with our CARE team using the ‘Support’ form at the top of this page. They’ll troubleshoot the problem and, if necessary, send a technician out to your home.
