With 3 articulation points, the Neo Plus can adjust to almost any position. Elevate your head and legs to improve conditions like sleep apnoea and diabetes – or choose from presets like the zero-gravity and semi-Fowler’s positions.
Being comfortable in bed matters, but so does getting there in the first place. We designed the Neo Plus with a vertical lift function that supports you as you sit and stand, reducing the risk of falls. Sit on the edge of your mattress, raise your adjustable bed to standing height, then lower it the next night when you’re ready to sleep.
That support is complemented by medical-grade vibration therapy, which has been proven to support better circulation, balance, and bone strength. Relax with a gentle massage before bed or use a higher-hertz setting for physical therapy.

The Neo Plus is compatible with all Seniors Plus mattresses. (In fact, you’ll receive a discount if you bundle one with the Neo Plus.) The architecture of our mattresses means they flex fluidly when the Neo Plus changes position. Our flagship model, the Titanium, is also bottomed with an anti-slip fabric that holds it in place during adjustment.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that mattresses from other brands are suitable for the Neo Plus.
