"Jess was amazing to deal with on the phone. Very informative, answered all our questions and had everything sorted in minutes. Delivery and installation was a breeze for Geoff and Debra. They were very professional and friendly. They explained how to use the remote and gave some very helpful tips. They phoned the day before to let us know ETA and were right on time. They even took away our old bed. The sheets that come with the bed are very nice and are a lovely addition. Our first sleep in the bed was exceptional (installed yesterday) and looking forward to many more. Would highly recommend Seniors Plus."

"After looking around and talking to Lyn from Seniors Plus, we decided on a new bed from Seniors Plus. we wanted to see the bed, so Lyn made an appointment with Jeff and my wife who is mobility impaired worked on how she could manage to get in and off. It arrived on time with two lovely men, David and Joel who set it all up and showed us how to use it. Sadly, we ordered the wrong one and Betty could not get comfortable. Lyn from Seniors Plus went well and beyond to organize the delivery of a new and wider bed (the model we looked at). The new bed was delivered by Jeff and Joel, and you could not ask for two better gentlemen, they made sure Betty could get in and out and was extremely patient with her. It was the first night she had been to bed since early October Arter her hip opp. Jeff even rang the next day to check up on how she went. Excellent service all round, Bruce. "Recently bought titanium double bed mattress to replace unsatisfactory one that came with electric bed. Customer service was second to non from Annette & went above & beyond to make sure I got what was best for my purposes.Fast & excellent delivery.Previous mattress was far to low making the surround boards dig into my legs when sat on edge. Well could not be happier with my new mattress it have alleviated that problem plus. Have had both knees replaced spinal surgery, shoulder & elbow surgery plus sleep apnia. So a gammit of reasons to have a bad sleep, not any more. Am sleeping quite comfortably & no longer resort to sleeping pills. So I highly recommend this product & company . Don't think tou could go past them."
"Steve and Nick just dropped off the bed, These guys were very friendly and accommodating and made me feel at ease. I was really worried anticipating how the bed would feel, too hard or too soft like when you shop for a bed and you can never find the right one not sure why that happens, maybe too many for choice really hate shopping for beds. To my delight I’m really pleased with the instant comfort and support my back felt like all the tension was realeased. While the guys were out in the truck retrieving the sheets and paperwork. All I could say while laying there was this feels heavenly. Steve showed me how to use all the controls on my remote these guys were great. Thankyou so much."
" I researched adjustable beds for several months to help with sleep apnoea and back pain but initial quote was just under 7k. I came across a company doing wholesale beds for those with an ABN so enquired. Peter was so helpful and booked an appointment to see suitable bed and mattress at their warehouse. They literally sorted my order and delivery within a 24 hour period days before Christmas. Jeff was wonderful to deal with, nothing too hard for him. The delivery guys delivered without issue. I'm a few days in and definitely getting used to new sleeping position. The bed and mattress is comfortable with several functions to choose from. I received free sheets as well."

"Great productA truly Professional company ,the product quality meets exactly what they described on their website, the bed has no noise at all , I really found that they deserve the award for 2023 , the bed is amazing for older people , I chose the Hilo bed for my Mum with a medium density mattress as she is 85kg ( overweight ), she is really happy with it and she is having a better sleep , this bed is great for carers too as it provide a suitable height for changing nappies for older people without harming the carers back. "Just what we neededWe have just finished moving house and my 67 year old knees are complaining. I have been lying on the bed a few times a day to benefit from the vibration and the elevated position for the legs. I also sleep better because of the zero gravity position. The bed mattresses were a bit concerning because we wanted something softer but these options are soft while being very supportive. I have no disappointment in this purchase at all."
