How we will refund
We will refund the total purchase price minus a delivery fee (if any) to your original payment method.
We will process the refund after we successfully pick up the bed from you. The refund may take up to 7 to 14 days or longer for Care Providers.

The following recovery fees will be applied when we pick up the bed from you.

Product Conditions
Both the bed and the mattress must be in good condition, as new as when you receive them. Our team reserves the right to evaluate the bed’s condition when they come to pick it up. There must be no significant damage on the base, no pet hairs, and no bad smell on the mattress.
If you are not happy with our mattress (but happy with the base), we are happy to change to a new mattress for you under our 60-day mattress guarantee.
Your Old Bed and/or Mattress
We want to encourage you to think about your old bed and/or mattress before accepting our Happiness Guarantee offer. IF YOU WANT US TO TAKE YOUR OLD BED AND/OR MATTRESS AWAY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT TO YOU IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.
